My seamstress said that it is supposed to be this way \u0026amp; shouldn’t be tacked down to hide as it would pull the coat. There is one small stain at the shoulder \u0026amp; the back could use a tiny stitch (pictured). Freshly dry cleaned \u0026amp; ready for a new home.
