Mini Dress/Tunic Top

Available now! This late 60s/early 70s piece can be worn as a mini dress or tunic top, depending on your height. Appears to be homemade bc I can’t find a tag, but done very well! Zips halfway down the back. The material has slight stretch to it, is flowy & pleated. Fits up to a medium BUT not for broad shoulders. I have broad shoulders and I was able to zip it up but it felt tight. Mint condition! Vest not included in price. $63 shipped.
